Awesome stuff :D why is this awesome? are you kidding me right now? 21 years of korean domination, 21 years of at least one korean in any major finals with top koreans in it and you are asking me this? You would know why this is so awesome if you would follow BW from the start.. This is a historical moment. Glad that one of my fellow Polish players is right in the thick of it, too. Pure awesomeness. do you hate koreans?

Man, people make far too big of a deal about individual tournaments. Is this a sign that the foreigner scene has more or less (in its very top players) caught up with Korea (as was basically inevitable from the beginning)? Yes. Is this the "death knell" for Korean SC2. Of course not.
If the Korean SC2 scene can only exist on the model of "no non-Koreans among the top 16 global players," then the Korean SC2 scene is stupid.

Two weeks ago:"Look at how dominant koreans still are, they went to Finland and there was a Kr vs Kr final". Now all of a sudden the korean players are weak because the scene started dying three years ago.
Relax, maybe koreans weren't ahead as much as you thought they were before and they aren't behind now; one can hope foreigners will get more respect from this community after this all EU final in Korea, but it's just a single tournament. Serral is the best player in the world, the western scene looks good but koreans as a whole are still stronger.

I'm talking of course, about THE ARCHON TOILET.
Jokes aside, it was the only viable PvZ lategame strategy vs Blord/Festor back in days.

I guess it is time to find another game for tournaments to watch, EU ZvZ is the most boring shit ever and now even Korea is infected with Blizzard have no plans to fix this in the foreseeable future...

I just remember the casters oohing & ahhing as the Protoss tried to angle his pathetically weak army to stay alive long enough to hit a single Maelstrom...good times.

sports wouldn't be fun if every single tournament wasn't treated a referendum on the past, present, and future of the universe

Great first post btw, a bit toxic but great

People are hyping so much because of Korean getting eliminated that they actually forget the ZvZ finals bullshit. Infestors clearly need to be nerfed

Same reason why everybody would be happy if there was a Bundesliga final without Bayern once in a while. It's not about region or race.

That's such an embarassing first post, I think no one will miss you here. EU ZvZ is amazing, what the hell is this "infected" blabbering?

It's both. However, the Korean scene reached the absurd heights it had because of the Kespa team house structure and the intense BW style training they went through. BW competition was brutal and cut throat at its peak.

Serral's capability to maintain consistency is just amazing, this time against whom, lol.
He makes Zerg look totally broken, but rare are those fellow Zergs who can perform those micros so perfectly.
Hoping good for Elazer: 2 maps, please!

I'm sorry, but that question is just.. really stupid. And to think I hate koreans because I'm enjoying a historical moment in a game I love and with which I've spent so much time.. If ANY other country would dominate ANY other sport for such a long time and then ANY other players not from that country would get to the finals of a major tournament with strong players from that dominating country and IN that country especially.. I would be happy.
My favourite player of all time is Bisu. I've been watching koreans battling it out in proleague and individual leagues since 2005..
Idk if you're just trolling or..
