Best-of-three.
- The 4 players of each group are split into two pairs and play each other.
- The winners of these matches will then face each other in the Winner’s match.
- The victor places first in the group and advances to the Round of 16.
- The losers of the initial matches face each other in the Loser’s match.
- The loser places fourth in the group, and is eliminated from Code S
- They may re-qualify through next season's qualifier.
- The loser of the Winner’s match and the winner of the Loser’s match will face each other in a fifth match.
- The winner gets second place in the group and advances to the Round of 16.
- The loser places third in the group, and is eliminated from Code S
- They may re-qualify through next season's qualifier.

At Blizzcon Neeb won the macro PvZs and just got cheesed out afterwards, so why change a winning formula?
edit: Well Neeb did a pretty good job of not dying immediately after the nexus went down.

What happened to Neeb's PvZ, seems like it's been terrible for the last year or so

Wow Neeb got dunked, hopefully he can finish 2nd. I’d favour him against Losira and aLive but he needs to play like he had showed us in the past.

aLive's eco lead is just too big I think. Even if he throws away hellions and thors it's not enough for Losira to come back

That looked like one of my TvZ's lost Thors and all.
LosirA had no answer for the tank push, was so far behind by that point.
