The SC:R event with all the Broodwar legends caught my attention and that was the first gaming event I watched since 2013. I wonder if that event brought any other viewers back. I first started watching Broodwar in 2008 just before the rise of Flash and watched all the big events consistently as the scene switched to SC2 then HotS until summer 2013. | ||

Welcome back The game's in a great state to watch, albeit extremely high hurdle to play for newcomers. LOTV is even faster, more harass-oriented, diverse in build, and APM intensive, which make it fun to watch at least at a cost of a heavy pressure while playing. I've been watching BW since 2000 and LOTV after the last huge patch is the best SC1&2 esports fun for me, if I ignore all external factors such as team rivalry, popularity, and fan attentions. | ||
