Gumiho meching it happen i guess I think you're overstating the all innish-ness of it. Well the point is that using it usually means you want to have a big chunk of your army in the base of your opponent winning right there. That's the purpose really. If you wanna say that not every single useless nydus leads to a lost game for the zerg, then yeah i agree.
In tvz lategame nydus harass is very common.

Gosh soO is really misplaying this. Stop attacking into lib zones man.

I don't see soO winning this. Gumiho has a better army.

Increasing hp and armor would have been the best, preventing workers from killing it. Again, why even have it in the game to begin with? What does it add strong drops wouldn't do as well? In BW the nydus canal actually had a purpose, in sc2 the purpose is to allin the opponent. We do not need it. Gumiho pls i want soO to win this don't make me mad -.- Most nydus you'll see these days are late game ones. Those are fines. And tbh at the moment the nydus isn't really limiting terran build orders too much so who cares about 1 all in in a while. All ins are fine anyway to keep your opponent greedyness in check. I still do not see what the nydus does which drops wouldn't do (which is actually good for the game). Maybe it's not a big problem right now, but that doesn't make the structure/unit any better design wise. It's not always about balance, you can give a race broken mechanics and the other two races will still find a way to win against it/play around it.
soO cmon -.- I cannot tell if this stuff is legit or not haha

I figured it out. Neither player wanted to face Byun so they were both trying to lose.
