Not doing too well in SPL (just like the rest of SKT though) but he advanced in SSL beating Trust 2-0 and Zest 2-1, so pretty good I'd say. He could definitely lose in ZvZ though, his ZvZ has never been good and it hasn't got better in LotV

Turns out when you go kill your opponent you don't need those probes.
He should have built at least a few before realizing he could do the timing. It was almost like a fake expand, but that makes no sense at all.
You just summed up herO's PvP in one sentence
The part about making no sense?
Yeah, he used to do this with standard blink builds. Just stopped probe production, made stalkers and committed to attacks that made no sense and shouldn't work with correct defender's micro.
Hurricanes Blink opening w/ stalkers and as many sentries he had is a bit confusing considered he saw herO's stalker opening. Blink into Robo like that I assume is a standard macro build as it is. I'm assuming herO made the decision mid game b/c he saw that Hurricane losing his stalkers means herO has tech and unit advantage in the early/mid game

Hurricane opened glaives into robo, he was probably going to do the 4gate adept attack after expand, but lost stuff early so he backed out and tried to macro.

I'll tell you what happens in herO vs Dark: herO does a semi all-in on adepts or blink stalkers and masses the units entire game while pushing forward, Dark either holds the 1st wave and wins easily or doesn't and herO is labeled the micro god

If Dark loses the first map we just send in Stephano

Yeah, taking the clostest third on this map is really suicidal. I don't think you can hold that kind of all-in. Well played by herO to capitalize on that.
Why would you seperate your Adepts from the Immortals in the first place? It seems so stupid to leave those alone especially if you refuse to use Forcefields.
Every time someone gets elitist about how every player in Korea is perfect and the Starcraft is so much better to watch when it's Korean Starcraft, I'm going to think of this day in GSL and know that they're full of shit.

having no beard increases your chances of not getting harassed by customs agents at airports literally ten times

I don't know how is it in your socio-geographic circle, but among my friends, a beard is an extremely rare thing. It's also not just about the beard, but the glasses and the overall look ... we just call people who look like that "hipsters" and I don't think the label is anymore shifting according to what is non-mainstream right now.
I say that, because I am pretty sure that I am not a "hipster" in any sense or meaning of the word. I refuse to belong into any current "subculture", because they are each sillier than another. Well, one of my friends calls me "the last living true punker", which, even though I do not wear anything remotely resembling the attributes of the punk culture at its prime and I do not listen to punk music, is still somehow both suitable and flattering for my personality, so I am willing to allow that.

Haha dude, I know all that and mostly agree but this is the definition of (a) hipster:
a person who follows the latest trends and fashions, especially those regarded as being outside the cultural mainstream

Yeah, but who decides what is the "definition" of anything (outside mathematics)? Words mean just what people want them to mean, no "higher authority" is ever gonna change that. Then we have to accept that those meaning can be different across the globe - in particular as I live in a non-english-speaking country (although we just use the word "hipster" as it is for a lack of Czech equivalent).
Anyway, now would be the time to include a glorious Czech punk music video about what is the real sign of punk, but alas, the language barrier makes it vain ...

It needs some perspective though: it's by a legendary group that has been doing punk for decades and now it's actually pretty old guys, but still rolling strong - and this particular video I had in mind is kinda ironic self-reflection.
If you want to listen to something more classic from the same guys, you should check out these
And in my laziness to seek more, I found a glorious collection for some twisted reason on the webpage of the local T-Mobile (which is really as non-punk as it gets for a company).

Glad we have the mecca of e-sports delivering the guaranteed great quality Starcraft. Hope the awful foreign players were watching and taking notes so they don't look too bad during IEM. ;D

Barely better. Gonna skip that one as well i guess.
At least tomorrow's ssl group looks good and proleague finals should be fun as well. And if that isn't enough starcraft already there still is ASL on sunday with some sick matches

I'd do it free! It's beyond awesome.
EDIT: I meant to say that the ASL, airing on Sunday/Tuesday nights on https://www.twitch.tv/gsl, featuring legendary BW heroes, will be awesome!
