So what he still attacked way later plus lost 400 minerals and it still was super hard to hold Sure, but I think it was there to make Polt think there was a 3rd base instead, no? He could have cancelled it right away after killing the scv then :x

Super entertaining series no matter the outcome. I think the biggest mistake that Strange made was even allowing the base trade. Those should never work out against a terran, and we saw why twice in a row

This really was a strange series.

sounds like the game worked how the game is programmed to work because this wasnt actually a draw Or it wouldn't have been if Strange had the balls to go kill him with the units he has. But if he was aware of the timer, that means he accepted the game would end in a tie. the question is: will Polt demonstrate enough balls to forfeit this game, because he lost it fair and square. Not according to the engine.
hurr durr the engine is planet Earth's physics, get over it (that goal was never disallowed)! Right? Now do you wanna play the game or pick funny excuses?

The Korean magic is not dropping out of the tournament to a foreigner no matter what. How many times have you seen a Korean come back from 0-2 against a foreigner, or win a game from 50 workers below? Polt's magic was so strong, he was seconds away from losing yet turned everything around anyway.

Yeah the amount of salt and posting in the forums was super nice. :D

Should we keep a tally of NA vs. EU?

Now do you wanna play the game or pick funny excuses? Polt played for the draw and Strange gave him enough time to get there. That's a legitimate move in a game of Starcraft, and apparently Dreamhack hadn't accounted for this. Polt playing out the re-game was not a show of poor sportsmanship.
