Yeah. Definitely agree. Arkanoid is the only map I can think of where reapers would be worse.

Interestingly. Nerchio wasn't surprised (as he himself noted here). It was probably kinda meta-metagame, where uThermal tried to do it on the least expected map, but was called on the bluff anyway.

uThermal probably just went "Fuck it, reapers." despite the map being awful for it, and Nerchio just knows him well enough to call it.
edit: Also none of the maps left are particularly good reaper maps imo, though Korhal Killzone and Namaste are better than Flame Juggler.

I'd veto that map because the terrain near the third and gold is incredibly abusive, and because the bottom of the map is incredibly irrelevant and weirdly spaced out.
The creep blending thing is really easy to fix if the mapmaker wants to.

I think you can set creepnormalmap to 1 (or zero if you want no animations whatsoever)

The series today were only so and so. Watching uThermal lose the exact same way map after map was a bit dull. It did showcase the maps well though.
