I am not sure why he even baited those Force Fields out when he had burrow moving Roaches. He just kept losing them and at the point he went in with burrow to snipe Sentries and Immortals he has lost quite a few of them. Were you watching the same game as me? He didn't trade, he was donating Roaches and lings for few Force Fields that didn't matter in the end at all because he had burrow movement. He had a chance to kill Parting when Parting didn't have a 30 Stalkers, he didn't take that chance and was just "baiting" Force Fields while losing Roaches and Lings. In the end Parting snowballed out of control, that's it.
