Imo Harstem is not top 10 foreigners atm. Probably not even top 20. Note how hard a time he had qualifying to WCS, only making it with the last game of the last day of qualifiers. Bunny is (considered) the best at the moment. Thereafter it's more of a guess. No one can say for sure, because no one is being consistent. | ||
