It's always been a game of incomplete information. If you want to scout that badly get a faster robo/sentry/stargate. I don't think it's reasonable to expand and expect full reconnaissance, just play a little safer.

Yeah the important part is to see if it's 1-1-1 opening or 3 rax. Basically you want to sneak a probe in after the reaper has left to scout the gas.
