I seriously hope he doesn't. Let them zergs suffer for once

Zergs are dominating out of Korea but are the third race in Korea for a few months already. There is every likelihood that the patch will further worsen the movement in Korea while not even addressing the first one (though it's quite secondary). As a result, the usual spoiled brats—too happy to confuse the two situations—will get what they want instead of what is needed. Reset the process as new symptoms occur.

With all due respect, competition outside of Korea isn't really that relevant as far as game design and balance is concerned.

what do you mean that they're dominating? the amount of Zergs in WCS, I assume?

Shouldn't the game be balanced at the highest level of play? That's just not outside of Korea.

It's not unheard of for balance and popular styles to look entirely different in- and outside of Korea. Whether or not that means Korea should be the primary factor when assessing balance is another matter.

Yes it is. Having a good game at all the stages, from newbies to pros, is essential. What's indeed irrelevant is the difference in learning curves, unforgiveness, etc., up to a certain extent. But what makes newbies flee and pros struggle in SC2 is 100% the same thing.

You have a very strange definition of dominating. Is it when a race other than Terran wins tournaments?

So you'd nerf a race that dominates outside of Korea, but gets wrecked in Korea?
Ideally, the game should be balanced on most levels; but I'd prefer if they rather sacrificed the "foreigner"-balance than the "Korean"-balance
