You need livestreamer and VLC (both for free). Then you run livestreamer twitch.tv/gsl low and it opens in VLC. Then in VLC you use j and k keys to adjust audio delay.
Observations from Wednesday:
- rich's version of Korean stream tends to lag in the most interesting times
- the audio delay constantly fluctuates by a couple of seconds, depneds on computer (quite taxing on CPU)

Unfortunately, I would rather take the lag over the English commentary. Yes, the English commentators are that bad.
