Dw, it isn't. Naniwa was simply handed information about the Russian stream, probably got angry, threw down an accusation(which we shouldn't read too deep into, as he probably was frustrated, and we know he can react badly in such circumstances), while his main point probably was that the stream was not to trust at the time.
Sorry if you are actually only trolling, but my experience regarding this is that there is alot more hating rather then plain trolling. That's why I encourage staff to deal with those crossing the line.
