Every pro player would take this chance to attack if they see it. But most don't and that's what sets MC apart from so many other players. I agree with this. MC was the best player in that group. The other players might have better micro/macro, but MC's instinct sets him apart. He can see openings and capitalize on them. Must be all that experience.

There isn't a single person who is as cheesy as MC, not on this level. It's his main strength actually: you never know what (or rather, which all-in or cheese) he is going to do. He is completely unpredictable. The reason I don't like his playstyle much is because I prefer macro-oriented games with lots of multitasking and action all over the map.

Here's the thing: No team can offer more to MC than he can offer to them by repping their brand. That's why he never signed anywhere once he left SK and joined up with GEM.

Well yeah you can dislike his playstyle. But the way he plays his all-ins and cheeses is killer-instinct. That's why he won so much by cheesing so much (and with such an impressive consistency).

I wonder if he'll be able to do it again (assuming Rogue wins, I guess ZvZ is still pretty knife-fightey). Rogue was not looking like Rogue out there. Nervous, not making the best decisions or having perfect macro. He'd need to really turn it on to win a rematch.

As much as i like MC i think he just blindly all-inned there without really knowing what kind of preparation fantasy took. I mean he never really scouted after his stargate got scouted so he didnt really know how much fantasy committed to defense and just went for it.

You don't quadruple Fantasy's bw earnings by being lucky and MC did that. He is the best RTS player in that group and by far the best SC2 player.
