Actually, a better terran would probably still have taken a lot of damage from the mutas since that kind of push really doesn't leave a lot of room for making defense at home. However, if qxc had split up his army a bit after killing the defense, he could probably have killed almost every single drone instead of leaving 20 alive which would make a world of difference.
