so this round of 8 was full of onesided matches.

It's OK to have a little favoritism, but Artosis takes it to the extreme. For god's sake, he curses players inadvertently and everyone knows it. He was fellating Rain this season pretty bad.

Welcome to SC2 PR, there's a reason why they were adverse about even having one in the first place for all these years and having it go on hiatus. The game is still way too volatile. The Rain placement was ridiculous and fanboyish without these 2 flops, he hadn't won anything big, he was placed at #1 merely because of a good streak. beating quality players is more indicative of skill than titles Titles matter more because that's when players are trying their hardest and have everything on the line. Flash should have been #1 for august. As for september Zest is the #1 without a shadow of a doubt, soO will get the 2# due to the inevitable final. mma > rain? titles don't say anything e:except for gsl i guess I don't know, Bomber destroyed Rain so i think MMA stands a chance. MMA > Rain? Seriously? But but he won DH Moscow! literally 10 x the player MMA: Dreamhack, GSL, WCS EU, Blizzcon 2014 appearance Rain: OSL from forever ago and Hot6ix ezpz cup I think it's pretty obvious that MMA might even be 11x Plus MMA should make it to Blizzcon while Rain won't

The thing is that he decided to leave SKT shortly after that, after that I don't know what he is going through.
Perhaps he doesn't practice as much, going thorugh change is always tough. He has not win a series after that. He has lost games absolutely should won (Bomber, YongHwa..)
I'm hoping he pulls through this, but Zest IS mechanicaly and mentally stronger ATM. At this level you just don't get worse after 2-3 weeks. But a powerrank is based on limited information, and based on that we can make estimations. Given that we now have more information, it seems fair to rank Rain somewhat lower than Zest, Soo and Flash.
Flash, really? That hype train exploded.

Finals vs Zest would be piece of cake for Cure if Zest doesn't work a lot of the match-up.

Maybe he could make the round of 8 in the GSL. He never has in two years of SC2.

The real winner today is Artosis Curse

Admittedly out of all of the casters i watch alot, Artosis (and rifkin) do take it to the extreme at times. I dunno, his #passion for his favorite players is one the reasons i like artosis. horses for courses i guess

Flash plays just like Bogus so that might help, but Cure's style is really unique.
