Snute goes quick ling speed, cuts drones, and goes mass lings. JD doesn't scout at all. If he sent two lings he would see no drones on Snute natural. JD tries to defend the all in with queen blockage on ramp, but eventually got overrun and taps out. Game 2: didn't pay too much attention. Snute opens standard pool first expand. JD goes 15 hatch pool. Snute goes quick lair, while JD gets lings speed. Both drone up and take third expand. JD sends a bunch of lings to cancel Snute's third, but Snute has more than ~10 drone lead due to not wasting it on lings. Snute pressures JD's third, not allowing to drone and Snute continues to maintain drone lead. Snute eventually gets more roaches and wins due to better economy. | ||

I think that was due to miscommunication, and not money problems (everyone else got paid on time iirc) | ||
