Life vs Snute post match interview. Life said something like "I didn't care who I was going to face, but since I'm good with ZvZ I was happy with the matchup" then the translator got really expressive, added this condescending "PLUS [knowing it was] a non-korean, made everything much easier" to make it sound like Life was trash talking, when he didn't mention the foreigner thing at all. He invented his own shit in the Flash vs Snute translation too (my wife's korean, she checked and was confused how he was just adding words and making shit up). | ||

IIRC he did it to Flash after he beat that one zerg guy. He said something like "I added to your question that in Korean, we have a saying for extending a series to 0:2 and then coming back to 3:2. Somethingsomethingsomething" He basically improvised and added another question to the question that RedEye asked. It's kinda interesting...... but im more interested in the microscope that Scarecrow has that lets him find faults at such a crazy level sheesh. | ||

Adding another question is totally fine and good for a translator to do. It seems like Scarecrow is saying he didn't properly convey what the players were trying to say. | ||
