The rule I usually use for 2v2 is most people in that league are usually 1-2 leagues lower in 1v1 :D

I have yet to do 1v1s since I've gotten back. Me and a friend play Random 4v4s because they're batshit insane and you can feel like it's not your fault when you lose and your doing when you win.

Actually very untrue. I'm diamond level in 2v2 and people we play in plat are often masters in 1v1. Shit is brutal.
