Match point for SKT now, they can smell the finals on the cool river side stadium! herO has other ideas though and will be looking to half the SKT express. herO spawns 7 oclock PartinG 5oclock Mirror openings with herO slightly ahead by milliseconds again Stargate for herO Expand for PartinG Phoenix production begins for herO Stargate goes down for PartinG Nexus down for herO Matching probe counts this time around though unlike Sora vs Classic Forge for PartinG and Robo for herO +1 weapons begin for PartinG and so does his Robo Observer on it's way for herO Coli tech for herO and stopped at 5phoenix Looks like exactly same match as last PvP (Classic vs herO) with them choosing the same builds PartinG is down 7 probes though PARTINGGGGGGGGG Takes ninja expansion top right on Frost +2 on its way for PArtinG Colli and Templar archieves for herO Warp prism also starts for PartinG Charge now for herO Templars feedback a phoenix and stalker shots kill it in spectacular fashion Bit of manoeuvrings around the map at the moment +2 weapons finishes for herO Charge for PartinG is only halfway done though STORM DROP from PartinG PartinG recalled his army to top right nexus to save it from a few zealots...oh dear herO charges across the map in response herO kills natural of parting so easily PartinG just had no idea what to do, didn't even try to base trade In the end after a bit of back and forth he just taps out game on? And I don't see how it working better than bio for a player of Bbyong's caliber can possibly be a point against it. bbyong is their semi ace and at least their second biggest star. You cannot bench him in the semi finals unless he is literally getting pwned in every game on ladder/pratice.

I like to think that herO's PvT is good enough to beat him the same way Rain and Parting did, at least a few times in practice Well it's obvious he specifically practiced this to play it in important matches. But it still doesn't work. At all. Not only his build 100% loses to what PartinG did yesterday, but even when he gets away with mass CCs AND immediately scans the 3 Stargate answer, he still ends up in a losing position. I would explain this mech build in the following sense (other than Bbyong having a fondness for iffy stuff). When you have abysmal odds in standard scenarii (I give Bbyong maybe 20% chances in a normal game against players like PartinG or Rain), you try to avoid them and drag your opponent into murky waters. There's always the small chance that your opponent gets stuck in the mud like Classic, doesn't deviate from his anti-bio autopilot and finds himself in a hopeless position. Talked about all of this here if you're interested.

You actually really impressed me in this playoff by getting it to game 6 of game three but unfortunately its over. It's no shame to lose to SKT!
