The equivalent of that for those of us who live in the Eastern time zone would be 11 AM - 11 PM Although I don't know if I'm understanding the OP correctly. Really hope for their foreigner invites (if there will be any, but it's reasonable to assume that there will) they choose to invite more up-and-coming players, or at least players who've had a recent resurgence (like MajOr?  ) as opposed to super established ones who may not be on top anymore.
