What I mean is that both strategies are incredibly boring to watch. They know that the chances of blink pressure are incredibly high, so they are forced to prepare themselves against it. This puts Protoss at an advantage: they may commit, and even if they fail they can easily survive the Terran pressure that comes afterwards, or they may not commit, and Terran will have wasted resources on defending an attack that will never arrive (just switch Protoss and Terran for 1-1-1).
It's a win-win for Protoss, no matter how you look at it. It's a lose-lose situation for the spectator because he knows what is going to happen anyway.

PvP to me is almost pure math 90% of the time. TvT when played well looks like real warfare, it has all of the intricacy of even the highest played PvP except it's actually exciting.
