Foreign Bonjwa. If only he would not have to play against stupid ladderplayers that do suboptimal stuff like 5base allins that you cannot expect, since you always believe the opponent will play optimally.

The fact that Battlecruisers were such a fucking surprise just show how many people here have never seen that TvT style or aren't familiar with it. That was a straight ladder build and he played it well. It's like when the bio player is dropping at 3 spots at once and people are like "wow outplayed" :D. Not realising the different strengths of builds. 180 bio supply vs 150 mech supply is also nothing when the mech player had better upgrades from the start.
Especially when a majority of Dream's supply was in Marauders when Marineking was making Battlecruisers and Banshees.
Honestly.

That is not a fair assessment that Dream did nothing. Dream saw it coming and tried to end the game before it hit him instead of trying to play catch up. Its just that MKP is sort of also good at multitasking so the multi pronged drops designed to cripple him didn't do any of that whatsoever.

LOL? 5 Stars? Not really. It was ok/good but 5 Stars, come on guys... same thing happened when mvp won, no biggie for fan favourites haha well I thought some objectivity is still in the peoples mind. Maybe polls shouldnt go up right until the game because the fangirls are still too excited then...

what are you saying.. dream throw that game away pretty badly. at one point it was 180 supply vs 120 while mkp transitioning into bc for what ever reason he had like 5 tanks and some hellbats and bunch of useless vikings and 2 banshees all dream had to do was a move from 2 fonts and he literally win. instead he decided to throw units aways by doing 2 completly useless drops.

You have to be up to date with TvT's metagame on the ladder to really understand what the fuck happened there but MKP was never in any real trouble He was down a base, 40 supply, and barely ahead on upgrades. He was ahead of Bio on upgrades with Mech. That is a HUGE difference in TvT especially now with Air upgrades being rolled in. He was MASSIVELY ahead in upgrades. He didn't lose his CC so his being down a base wasn't that big of a deal AND Bio vs Mech is ALWAYS a supply deficit for Mech that's how the match up is played. He was ahead about half an upgrade (and yes I understand how big that is mech vs bio) but down 40 supply and only on two bases. If the base architecture wasnt so easy to turtle on with the pack of vikings+banshee to defend drops MKP would've probably just been picked apart. But w/e points are rarely conceded in LR threads so you win MKP the god
Oh wow he picked a build that took advantage of the map structure?
In what way does that NOT contribute to him completely outplaying Dream?
Isn't that why the Proleague format is the way it is, to prepare specific builds for specific maps?

Just kidding. not even NA players take anything avilo does or says as something viable vs high level players.
I want to see what MKP does vs protoss, I'm hoping his time away will have somehow managed to let him find something crazy like his splits back in WoL that were INSANE at the time and changed TvZ completely. Maybe he can make TvP less stale!

According to him: --> roll over and die.

MKP VS Dream - both of them looked completely lost in TvT lategame.
MKP building BCS. But he only gets away with this because Dream decides to build 80% marauders vs an already over 30 supply air army commitment.
Dream scanned fusion core minutes in advance, and should have immediately begun 4-5 starports for viking + raven production while throwing away his bio supply as efficiently as possible.
MKP is back :D but both players have no clue how to play lategame TvT.

Fair enough, but that's a constant with Marineking. His wins are hardly ever totally convincing, he has a tendency to play to the level of his opponent it's part of what makes him so frustrating at times to watch.
