As far as I know, the criticism from Protoss is that the Blink nerf reduces the utility of the Stalker across all match-ups and many scenarios (to varying degrees). This narrows Protoss play and makes SC2 worse. I think nerfing Blink cooldown to 15 seconds is one of the more stupid balance ideas Blizzard have come up with.
I am pretty sure oracle speed has that crown taken... Problem is blink also narrows down Terran play much more. In the ideal world, all races would have tons of options in all match ups. But at the end of the day, especially in pro play, in order to make one race have more options, you will indirectly make another race have less options. Units don't work in a vacuum and they interact with each other.
A perfect example is the MsC. Yes, it opens up Protoss play in all matchups (especially PvP and PvT). But it also narrows down Terran play in TvP. Terrans would say that MsC has also made SC2 worse.
