Well that upgrade would only make sense if terran had warp gates. The travel time between bases with SCV (which is faster than bio) from natural to natural is usually around 40 seconds. So if you wanted to move out with a ghost push you would have the energy for EMP even if you didn't get the moebius upgrade. | ||
