Daedalus isn't a crazy map it's just a plain bad map. It's also worth noting that crazy maps in Proleague formats work well. Crazy maps in non-vetoable BO3 environments do not

Yeah, I guess you have a point, but I rather take the non-partisan desrow approach, give every map a chance no matter how BROKEN, IMBALANCED. I truthfully haven't seen to many games on Daedalus Point because coincidentally your Clan wars is one of the only tournaments I'm hyped up about these days, but I've seen more than enough Crazy borderline retarded maps in Brood War work out resonably better than you'd expect to just throw out a concept right away ( - like Tears of Moon, DMZ, Battle Royal maybe it's one of those maps where it's literally just broken)

AGAIN I haven't actually seen more than 2-3 games on that map so I might be talking out of my ass.

Well thus far according to TLPD, Terran have 0% winrate on that map against Protoss in GSL Code A and only 25% winrate against Zerg. The sample size is not large enough yet but it was certainly large enough for many Terran to lose their shot at Code S
