The Council of Europe is a random organisation? Seriously? It's the second most important thing for human rights after the United Nations' Universal Declaration, and it's even better than that because at least it also has some teeth. Someone needs to go back to school.

haha yeah of course great teeths, i read everyday how hard these teeths claw into the million human rights violations in russia.
and yeah every kid in europe learns of course about the great council of europe, i must have slept in school

It's a subject of 7th or 8th grade here in Germany. It's basic knowledge.
