Obviously the system isnt perfect as it still allows abuse like this to circumvent its original goals.

Its pretty confusing that theres not a clear answer whether top 6 or top 8 will advance. Especially considering that Lucifron and Duckdeok have retired and is probably the reason liquipedia says top 8 will advance, even though it seems the rules state top 6 will advance.
