What do you think of your group?
Well, I think I'm lucky enough to draw Pirfikrthon and his plethora of TvP problems in the first match. I'll probably just blink all-in him for the fast victory. Other than that, two more Protosses, shouldn't be too hard to cheese them out of the tournament as well.

Is there anybody you particularly want to play if you advance?
Maybe monk or Jer, since they're like 80% against me and I need a grudge match. If I'm extra lucky, monk's computer will lag out and explode during the game. (This is fairly likely). EDIT: AND FUCK NO, I don't want to play Yoshi and fucking mech. Fuck mech. Seriously.

What do you feel of the current state of your race, and opponents races?
Protoss is pretty good right now, but I only really feel comfortable in PvZ at the moment. I think getting out of this group is just a matter of being more wily and clever than the other Protosses. I know zerg is "underpowered" at the moment, but zerg is probably gonna win this tournament.

So I've got Bigfan, Lichter and Yoshi in my group. Yoshi is terran, so no probs, everyone knows they can't beat a protoss these days if the protoss falls out of their chair and cracks their head open. Bigfan, meh, I've beaten better. And Lichter? hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha


Lichter:
Wow LRSL actually expect me to write a paragraph about my opponents? I haven't even really checked my group because it's not like they matter. Maybe once I'm in the Ro8 I'll check my opponents. Until then I'd just be wasting my time on a bunch of nubs I'd roll over like a fatboy over his beloved hamster, crying at night as he downs a pint of salted caramel, that was originally just caramel. I think BigFan is in my group, because he keeps trying to remind me about him. I mean what's up with that dude. Is he my biggest fan, hence his insatiable need to PM me about writing paragraphs and stuff? There also this Sushi Kawaramachi guy. Fortunately I studied Japanese so I can tell him: お前が病気にかかった牛で消化したのごみ袋見たいです。There's another dude. I think he's a dirty Protoss, so whatevs. He's gonna all in, I'll defend it, and then dance my lings.

Yoshi Kirishima:
What do you think about your opponents and their races?

2 are random and 1 is protoss, so I will be extra careful of cheese and early aggression. I only play mech so TvP and TvZ will be extremely hard, so I hope my opponents don't go for the lategame.
People are recently saying Protoss is OP and Terran is weak, but many people just need some patience and creativity and adapt and stop QQ'ing. Until maybe you get to the level of the top 10 SC2 progamers. Otherwise, yall suck.

Who do you think is the weakest in your group?

Lichter. First, he's not competent enough to have capitalized his name. Second, 100% of the poll results in the LRSL Day 1 thread tell me that he won't make it out, so he must be a baddie.

Who do you want to play after you advance?

Terrans. They don't have immortals, which counter mech, or swarm hosts which counters tank and muta which counters thor and lot of ling counter hellbat and spine counter raven.
Also I hope there won't be any TL Strat teamkills.


Bigfan:
We all know that Yoshi is a terran who wins games with pure mech and is onsidered a meching expert but I say otherwise. I say this noob only mechs because he can win games due to pure luck and lack of preparation from his opponents and not due to his skills. Whitewing, well, protoss, OP imba race. cmon, main reason why we have protosses winning everything now. GomPvP incoming! I doubt he'll make it past lichter though so I'm not worried. As for lichter, don't get me started on this guy. Dude wants to roll random then switches to Zerg the day PRIOR to the games. Seems like an expert on mind games but also thinks highly of himself. Well, Lichter, I hope you're ready for our winner's match because I'm going to bring you down to earth! Being a random player instead of my usual Terran, I predict a first place finish with a 4-0 score. I will play random THE TRUE WAY! Prepare yourselves to be blown away by my ingenuity!

We wouldn't dream of overlapping with proleague. We don't want to pull their viewers from a small time tournament when we broadcast, so we will schedule around them so they don't lose all their revenue.
