Hope that bitcoin doesn't crash before the tournament tho.

All for the bo7, bo9 are honestly really tedious.

I see no possible scenario where a BO7 here is better than a BO9. We disagree with the hype behind Best of 9 and we also feel as a minor point that Best of 9 historically favours Zerg in the ZvP matchup which is an opinion that most of the pros we asked before deciding how many maps would be played also shared. Having 2 more maps does not somehow change the standard for almost every final ever into OMG EPIC EVENT. BO9 is not commonly used for a good reason, it's just not that good, it drags on, there aren't necessarily even enough good maps to play ZvP on in the current pool over the course of 9 maps without looping them, it makes vetoes close to impossible and again historically it favours Zerg a little too much. BO7 is in our opinion the sweet spot and the players also agree. It is entirely possible to have too much of a good thing. If BO7 is good for all our major tournament finals that have even more money on the line then it's certainly good enough for this match. | ||
