I do rate Scarlett highly though, on pair with the other good koreans like soO, Losira, DongRaeGu etc etc I'm not saying she is the best, but the way she is playing and the form she is in right now has gotta be considered some of the best. She is constantly getting results against Terran and Protoss, and with all the balance whining going on that's pretty impressive, even though IMO results have been as balanced as anyone could want them to be if you look at tournament results recently. I'm not saying she is the Best skill-wise but she's playing at a higher level than almost any other zerg right now imho of course.

Surely if Jaedong makes it to the finals, posting a rainbow sheep is justified!

Innovation is certainly NOT the greatest RTS player of all time. In the Starcraft scene, that HAS to be Flash (or one of the other BW bonjwas). And that is entirely ignoring the solid WC3 scene, which is to discredit Grubby's achievements. Jaedong is good, and his consistency after the game switch is impressive, but looking at his body of work, he is certainly no Flash and maybe not even a Grubby.
