Because people are always so eager to shit on pros while sitting in their own comfortable homes with full access to both information and casting. Of course there were ways for Tod to win that game. With zero pressure, he would have won it. But pressure has an effect on you that most people on TL seem to not understand. It bothers me to no end.

Thats a part of what makes a good player good and other players worse. So calling it bad when he fails to cope with the pressure in a pro game isnt wrong. One player makes huge mistakes because of not being able to handle the pressure: thats bad. Deal with it.

There is a difference between accepting that a played didn't play well and saying something like this

I do, and it bothers me just as much when people make some kind of stupid comment like "even I would have scored in that situation" when discussing a Champions' League match or some shit. In most cases it's bullshit because it's so much easier to shit on people when you haven't been in a high-pressure competition yourself.

Speak for yourself. I've been in many high-pressure situations with a lot of the money on the line or for a championship. Shit happens. You just roll with it.

Of course, but it doesn't mean Joe Goalie would have performed any better in the situation. I wouldn't have an issue with it if such statements weren't regularly followed by "Even I could have..." or "Even a gold player could have...".

It´s not that this is a debut tournament for ToD so... He is a very experienced pro gamer/semi pro!

I think you're automatically behind with a 3 rax transition against this. You have to hit a money timing like Happy did, or Protoss will just steamroll you with his lead.
