I've seen this more and more lately, so thank god it's not only me... but can someone of the "veterans" here tell me: storms was already there in BW, but there it wasn't considered that strong was it? Did it work differently there?
JangBi was famous for pretty much being able to kill anyone with storms
good storms were way more difficult to execute in bw though.
And harder to dodge since mech was standard in TvP

Storm was much stronger in BW.
Panty wetting storms:
Ofc PvT was about mech and friendlyfire as well as mines and stasis were all good reasons to spread out your tanks.
No smart-casting. Deals more damage, though.
Dealt more damage, but units didn't clump up as much as they do in SC2. I personally think that's the biggest difference.
