Revival tried this a bit in game 3, but he A) lost too much of his army for the nexus kill, B) didn´t go for the much more important armor upgrade (which denies stalkers from 3hitting zerglings with +2attack) and C) only flanked half hearted and let Naniwa into that choked area before he engaged. If he forced a first engagement in the open field, Naniwa would´ve at least been forced to use tons of FF to hold him off, which would increase Revivals chances to get a good flank later. Many ifs and whens so GG Naniwa, but Hydras alone don´t cut it and Hydras allways mean way less supply in comparison to roach/ling. I never said hydras alone. I said hydra+ling. The mixup lings are what makes it difficult for protoss to deal with. | ||
