Well have fun patrolling the LR thread from when Scarlett lost to either Alive or Bomber at the Season 2 finals.

Even in WoL (where zergs were pretty OP) that'd have been gg 100% of the time. I didn't see flash make huuuuge mistakes, so I don't think how it can be justified for him to have lost. Just a (in my eyes) pretty logical deduction. It's being supported by the fact that almost nobody plays mech anyways in pro matches. The fun part is that he started falling more and more behind the second vipers came onto the field aswell.. Yeah to thing to me was that, he didnt make many mistakes in the endgame. He had great spreads arcs, but he just didnt have many vikings, he had 4-6 vikings at one point in the end, but they all got abducted and killed. Its funny that ONE unit just can nullify SO hard one composition. That was just textbook hardcounter stuff. Its bad design. It leaves no room for imagination, its just you need to have X unit or UR DEAD! Obviously we are flash fans too so its biased but if you saw that and cannot say that you saw nothing weird?

Curious really didn't do anything all that amazing, his entire victory revolved around him keeping 4 units alive, which as casters really isn't all that difficult. Curious survived a death push early on after an early deficet with patience. He saw an army that he couldn't fight push at him after it was 3 base vs 3 base and he sacced his natural and his main to give himself a fighting chance. (An example of his brilliant decision making and Flash's bad one - he should have chased down the army). Flash made the mistake of not getting a second reactor starport and pumping vikings, but thats on him not Curious.

Fact is mech is pretty damn bad now unless you go split map into very late game mass vikings/ravens + tanks/whatever composition, which is the most boring style ever. Also Flash playing so sloppily is still very saddening to watch. He's making basic mistakes he would never, ever make in BW, and that can give to some people the impression that he doesn't care that much about the game. I don't think SC2 losing Flash would be good for the game at all, but I might be wrong. Well, at least that game was super entertaining. Too bad the sound issues kinda ruined it. I was contemplating this match in silence.
