a properly executed cannon is almost impossible to stop when low ground is so close to your nexus unless you're maphacking. The only really foolproof way is to put down a forge asap and stall until you have your own cannon up.
alternatively you 9 scout every game, but that puts you a bit behind in economy. its a tricky slope.

If you scout it in time on that map (with a standard gate inbase scout) you can just wall off the ramp with 3 pylons and chrono out some stalkers.
