I mean it's great that he finally won something again because he shows flashes of being able to be a great player, but historically he's been so inconsistent that I have to believe he's just hit a hot streak which will eventually fan out.
I just hope he shows more personality in the future, because one reason that I've never really been a fan is precisely because he's never done that. That stone cold look when after he won today didn't help =/ Are you fucking serious? Didn't work hard enough??? Both SaSe and Naniwa said that Bomber was one of the most hardworking players during their stay at the Startale house. Stop saying ridiculous stupid shit just because he beat some foreigner Also, people are not allowed to like a player because he doesn't have many big tournament wins? Who are you to say that? Lastly, if you ever watched Bomber's stream but also some of his interviews/old redbull events, you would see that Bomber actually has a really nice personality. He's not MC, but not every player can be like that. I can't actually believe you just wrote that Take a chill pill, it's just my opinion man. If he was so hard working, it would stand to reason that he would win more often, right? I didn't say that people aren't allowed to like him at all. I just said that: 1. given lack of results and 2. given lack of personality that I've seen from him (and I do miss a few of the smaller tournaments during weekends because of work) that I personally wasn't a big fan. That's why it's so extremely awesome to see him finally win. He had every card laid out. He could've become someone like MVP 2 years ago, but because of nerves or what have you, he didn't. We saw him struggle, do human mistakes and fucking build himself up. Every loss was taken as a platform to evolve his skill. He never stagnated. TvP was streamlined to 2 builds thanks to him and MKP. He has done a lot. It's less visible to people that don't watch as much, or watch his stream, but he is such a great player and force in sc2 it's hard to not root for him if you know.
I nominate this for pastage into OP the Bomber fan club!!!

He was happy, not everyone will do backflips. He is a really cool dude, as he has shown on several occasions. For example when he popped on Khaldors stream and chatted with the viewers, casted games and was super funny in every way. I just find it weird that someone that work as hard as Bomber can have such a weak reaction after winning a major tournament. Must be culture. Koreans obviously care a lot otherwise they wouldnt practice their asses off but some of them when they win just look like they dont give a fuck (Innovation, Alive, Bomber, Yoda etc) its weird. Ever heard of Greg Merson?

Jaedong doesn't even compares to her grasp of TvZ She's far from being the second best in the world, but clearly her TvZ is much better. Compare her match against Bomber from yesterday with Jaedong vs Bomber. Freaking big difference, to the point you might say how the hell that rookie(Jaedong) got in finals and be squashed so hard. Point is Scarlett's ZvT > Jaedong's ZvT by several light years. You're just fanboy, nothing more. Nope, I hate zergs with passion, but lets face it, if I'm to choose the best zerg player from wcs s2 finals, without a shadow of a doubt the answer would be Scarlett. She played her best matchup, and even managed to lose series to Alive in it. Bomber played against Jaedong at a different level than against Scarlett.

Bomber never won a premier tournament in Korea. Code A wasn't one back when it was separated from Code S.

I am a huge JD fan. His JvP is very impressive you can see that he has been working on it really hard. While that has happen his Terran has slipped a little bit. Doesn't seem as sharp as he could be. I do think this Season 3 Jaedong will become the complete Tyrant. Just needs to bring his JvT up now.

It was it's own separate championship though, right?
It hadn't switched to the purely up/down format when he won it, it was still an elim bracket fight to the finish deal

Yes. He defeated Mvp 4-2 in that season and that's where the hype (and disappointment) surrounding the Law started. ^_^

So it's a mini crown i guess? I would argue that old Code A was a premier tournament, but yea
