Calling it "just defending" is selling what Naniwa did there very, very short. His unit control and the intelligence of his positioning was a level above MMA.

Are people really bitching about PvT because of that game?
It may not be balanced, but MMA played like shit that game once he took the lead - you can't base any balance complaints off of what we just watched there.

hmm. did you see what happened there after the match. MMA approached nani and initated the handshade, the loser approached the winner!!

Probably 6 Protoss from Europe, 2 from Korea, and possibly 3-4 from America. Meanwhile Zergs around the world cry

I wonder how these guys are gonna go about securing practice partners lol.

well if the PvPs in ro8 are of grubby vs hasuobs quality it could be interesting!

Not too surprised that naniwa won tbh. He's legit, probably best foreigner atm and MMA just isn't a top tier Korean.

Blizzard usually allows a maximum of 2 months of tosses doing well before the nerfdozer comes out. The zealot will probably be sad once more.

well, at least it's the best mirror matchup in HotS. But yeah, it's still only a mirror MU

I guess this means already 4 Protosses representing Europe in the season finals.

Mothership core makes mid-game much easier to defend for Protoss.

Hopefully Nani plays a more interesting style in future PvTs; I really dislike the Rain style of just sitting in your base all game.
Still, Nani fighting! Hoping for you to win this season! :D

I'm a MMA fan, and he pretty much threw a good lead by engaging sloppily and doing shameful mistakes, while Nani just watched and laughed at him... (and played solidly of course).

if you hold something like this with only one spell it's just like fungal in end of wol and should not be possible and is potentially game breaking

Good interview, honest about why he won.

There was pretty much not one storm that game that I felt whiffed or missed. Every storm was a money storm thanks to good micro by Naniwa and nonexistent micro from MMA.
