We did a USA chant for minigun but I just watched the vods and you can't hear it. I think the audience isn't really mic'd - just the casters. They really aren't set up for a live studio audience.

Thats kind of sad. The NA competition is just a joke with so much overhyped and overrated players. I mean its the part of the SC2 world where the most money is thrown in and it looks like that even the SEA pro scene looks stronger right now.

I watched a few vods from today's games and there was some intro's where you can hear us and others where you can't. From where we were sitting it wasn't too far from the actual casters. The players could hear us though, minigun smiled when we chanted for him.

Well, Goswser has outperformed all the Europeans at the last two European lans, so I guess he'd be a candidate alongside Scarlett.

I mean we could cut WCS NA and wouldn´t lose anything besides free money for koreans. I don´t want to go on the "EG sucks" train too much but as far as i know the NA teams are throwing way more money for mostly horrible results. The most successful or at least cost efficient foreign team is most likely Team Liquid and its debatable that they are even a NA team.

ASUS ROG: false, Happy also got to the quarterfinals just like Goswser. But yeah he's pretty good too.

Overhype has been Demuslim's case since his wc3 day. Hes super popular for whatever reason but joining 4K/EG doesnt qualify him as top player at all. I'd be surprised if hes ever to win anything

He is the number 1 streamer right now. It's not that he isn't earning much, but Apollo said it best: At one point you have to decide if you want to be a streamer or be a winner. And there is no point in staying in the US if you choose the latter. Unfortunately, Demuslim has invested too much into staying in the US, so he feels he has to stay.
