Predicting 4-2 Innovation, but I could see Maru pull out a 4-3.

Sometimes it is interesting to see how players can cope with being far behind. Preparation kills it.

Either way, he's played really, really well this GSTL. While he's the underdog, I don't think he's outmatched, especially not after Innovation got stomped by the Bomber. + Show Spoiler + In case your head is really thick, the part about GSTL is a joke On July 30 2013 17:51 NightOfTheDead wrote: Sometimes it is interesting to see how players can cope with being far behind. How does preparation for a best of 7 kill the reaction of being far behind? SoulKey vs INnoVation comes to mind, comeback from 0-3. Last vs MC, Last vs Rain comes to mind.... 0-3 into 4-3. Preparation allows for mindgame and often times high level strategies and stunning moments. While it also means that there can be dumb moments and/or cheese which leads to uninteresting moments, no-preparation holds no advantage at all.

In my eyes, preparation tends to lead to more well-executed games, but also more one-sided stomps. A lot of GSL finals have been terrible for this reason (not only for that reason, though - Nestea was just better than Inca in every significant aspect, for example). Not to say there hasn't been great finals as well, but most of my favorite finals in SC2 have been in foreign/weekend tournaments + Show Spoiler + because Life won
