Why don't these topzergs just get infestation pit + hive a bit earlier to start 3-3 on time? Last big fights happened just before 3-3 from zerg as well and he just got demolished again. I know teching to hive is a rather lengthy and costly investment that doesn't pay off that quickly. It's strange though, zergs tend to go hive and then immediately go for ultra's, 3-3 and adrenal glands at the same time, that seems to leave such a big window where you just die if attacked. Wouldn't it just be much smoother to get infestation pit and hive a bit earlier, go some infestors, then 3-3 and then adrenal glands and ultra's. Infestors seem to be so important just to prevent all the kiting in these big engagements | ||

Honestly I think Terran players have a love/hate relationship with how good the top pros are. On the one hand it's awesome to watch, but on the other it's frustrating knowing that the game is balanced around what THEY are able to do. Go ahead and try macro/microing like Innovation with Bio/Mine vs Zerg on ladder. It's so hard lol. | ||
