Lucifron maybe shouldn't had started reaper and fast CC every game to begin with. He has always been playing like Innovation by taking a huge risk early game to get a killer mid- and late game. It is just that Innovation happens to be much better than him.

Naniwa with serious, mega-huge lag. His first cheese was repelled due to Naniwa lagging (not microing void rays properly) - second game was somewhat ridiculous, Naniwa did a 1 base immortal push and Lucifron knew it was coming, so he had 5 bunkers up in his main but Naniwa just brute forced through. Third game was just the old quick nexus into gateway lelelele which won easily once again.
Point was that Naniwa managed to win without being able to micro (due to lag) and even won when lucifron scouted and reacted to it. I don't mind too much, would rather have Nani on lan.

Problem with preparing for everything against protoss as terran is that they can then get an insurmountable advantage in the late game quite easily.

People love to hate on all-inns. Lucifron should've realized what was going on at least after game 2 and prepared better. At least he should've been more on top of his scouting after that g1.
