As far as I know, twitch is no sponsor for HSC and it's not that Twitch is doing us a favor in providing us with a streaming service, they are still a business. At the end of the day I don't know if Take has any ground to sue twitch as long as they don't have a contract which states that twitch has to provide the stream perfectly. | ||

Why would twitch ever sign such a contract with anyone? I can see the bullet points: - you stream for free - you watch for free - you get ad revenue for the ads displayed on stream - and uhm, yeah... if our free service fails feel free to sue us for even more money. It would take a true genius from twitch to sign such a thing. | ||
