Idk but I think in that situation, Gumiho didn't have enough up his ramp to start killing banelings before they can connect with their target. And yeap, it does the same damage to secondary targets.

TLO outsmarted/outplayed squirtle his build. Squirtle went gate before expansion into a gateway push first 2 games. And added robo for an allin in the third game. Losing game 3 because he was indecisive while TLO was being clutch.
