i don't think he's going to regret to waste at least 30more minutes, he already played a game where he was uber behind, no need to do that again and better get some rest. we tournaments are a lot about stamina anyway.

this. I'd rather see Gumi throw it now and be on top form tomorrow. It's late and gumi/jaedong probably have replays they want to watch, work out their mistakes, etc

Its not even close to the same thing. 2 rax is a completely legit strategy, and thats a decent proxy position. Gumiho just wanted the game to be over soon so he went for a strategy that ends fast. Yes he wants to win, but he just doesn't want an hour long macro fest.
