For instance, if NsH would disband then Jjakji would be a good pick-up and potential A-teamer for several proleague teams. As good as some KeSPA players are, we still have many subpar players make it to the proleague line-up and I just feel like it could use a higher density of amazing players. I would just love to see a merger of GSTL and PL, or basically increase the PL to 10 teams or so and let the rest of the GSTL teams be disbanded and the good members be absorbed by existing PL teams. Players like leenock, life etc. should be playing in PL. It's too bad the WCS structure makes it pretty difficult for players competing in NA/EU to also compete in PL. If I was life i'd definately be trying to get into PL, plenty of teams should want him. KT or SKT can definately need a good zerg.
Down the line, the most likely teams to survive are IM, ST and maybe MVP or FXO. Prime and NSH will get absorbed. Azubu is a big question mark since we know little about the organization. Axiom-Acer look solid and might last a while as well.
A unified team league would definitely be awesome.

I only count maybe 2 subpar players in this matchup (Songduri and Bong). I'd hardly call that 'many'

Yeah, it's the natural response to the knowledge that they have mines, isn't it? Potentially trade only minerals in order to check for mines and hopefully trigger as many of them as possible before charging in. Plus, you may see a bit of army as the zerglings/roaches die, so you can check for exact positioning as you try to trigger mines. Furthermore, if you're lucky, mines will trigger on zerglings that run into their army and damage the terran.
If you have a GSL pass, I suggest you watch those TRUE vs FanTaSy games from the Round of 32. They were cast in April, I think.

NSH isn't going to disband, they're going to be the ACE of eSF
They're sponsored by a school, unless there's a major catastrophe the sponsor will live forever~

One sponsor isn't always enough to sustain a team I bet though. TSL had TheHandsomeNerd but they still collapsed. Also even if they don't collapse they'll likely drift into mediocrity, with or without jjakji. They have 0 players in the GSL atm, I don't think they can stay in the esF even much longer.

It depends on how much the team spends. A lot of teams (I believe TSL included) have to pay rent for a teamhouse, which is a hefty sum. But I heard NSH gets a practice room from the school, so there goes a huge part of the costs. NSH doesn't send its players abroad on its own time either, so travel isn't an issue. And I doubt most of the team gets a sizable, if any salary, so that's another thing.

I mean yeah but at that point the whole thing is a glorified clan. None of their players are doing well resultswise, and they have no space to go out and make a name for themselves at foreign events. Like I said they may not close up shop officially, but they are very quickly becoming irrelevant.
