Oz' PvP prowess was just a month before Squirtle's. MC was the 4gate era champion. It was like MC Inca Complete randomness for a long time Oz Squirtle/Creator/Parting Rain | ||

There are always people who do well at time in PvP, even HuK had his time, as did Seed, HerO, etc, they're all gone | ||
