They both weren't able to adapt to the more textbooklike starcraft and raw skill just isn't enough anymore these days. | ||

I don't know if you meant it that way, but if you mean that raw skill alone can't make you power through anymore, first I have to fully agree, and second, as the biggest MKP fan out there, I would even argue that MKP's raw skill itself just isn't enough anymore. It was at the top before, but standards have changed. He still has top micro and macro, but his multitasking is really lacking. His sense of aggression seems to have dulled too. Before you would see that he knew he could kill the guy the instant he pulled SCVs, nowadays it just seems that he's doing it randomly because he's seen others do it :/ When I see MKP play, I always tell myself "B-b-b-but...why doesn't he play more like Innovation?". Silly me | ||

He was never like Leenock or Life, he played very standard. He's still doing what he used to do before, or trying to, but his execution is not what it used to be and it was his execution that put him above everyone else when he was at the top. | ||
