The only way you can utilise tempests range is if you drop a revelation from an oracle. first of all it is ToD who loves Tempest, I think he got better not constantly building them anymore. Also you want 4 for the guaranteed Infestor kill (though with upgrades 3 are enough). 5-6 for the guaranteed Viper kill and 6 for the queen one shot (really important). You can also lose a few and still do damage against transfuse. and you can shoot broodlords quiet fast with 2x3 Tempest. And I would say ToD was far enough ahead to afford using 7 Tempest. Usually you want 4 though until +2 is done. | ||
