I think if you don't already have spores in place when the drops start, that's pretty much game. There's nothing Zerg can get at that point with enough DPS to kill the hellbats, enough health to survive them, enough speed to follow them when they're picked up, and which can shoot up. All you can do is pull drones and let spores eliminate/drive away the medivacs. Unless you can do that, you're just going to be spending all your money fending off the same couple of hundred minerals of units over and over and over while your opponent masses up for the kill.
